ICE Sports Betting USAICE Totally Gaming is a world-renowned brand when it comes to gaming technology exhibitions. Now, the high-profile event will be heading to the United States in November this year, under its own exclusive label: ICE Sports Betting USA.

The event is set to be organized by the experts at Clarion Gaming, and will be held in New York City from November 27th to 28th. This will be the very first time that ICE exhibits an exciting range of gaming technology and innovations in the US, signaling big progress for the country since sports betting was officially legalized last month.

Focus on Legal Sports Betting

The announcement of the event coming to America closely followed the Supreme Court’s abolishment of PASPA - the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992. This law prevented the majority of US states from offering legal betting services, but thanks to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and his efforts, the Court repealed the law, allowing all states to offer legal sports betting should they decide to do so.

ICE Sports Betting USA will capitalize on this new and booming industry by highlighting opportunities for the international sports betting industry in the US. America can now also become part of this community, which will no doubt make ICE a very popular exhibition among industry stakeholders, developers, evangelists and entrepreneurs.

Commenting on ICE’s entry into America, Clarion Gaming Managing Director Kate Chambers noted that the Supreme Court’s ruling has changed the entire gaming landscape in the USA. She added that ICE is the only brand that is well-known and trusted by the industry, serving as a gathering point for sports associations, betting regulators, land-based operators, iGaming brands, and tech suppliers to network and learn.

Networking Opportunities for All

So far, this year’s ICE Sports Betting USA expo will include a wide range of representatives and speakers. Included on the list so far are major North American sports leagues and offshore sports governing authorities, sports betting operators, casino operators, regulators, and betting lawmakers. Additionally, attendees will also find licensed sportsbooks, American sports teams, lottery brands, Native American tribes, and sports media and TV networks at the event.

Essentially, anyone with a keen interest in the US’s newly legalized betting scene will likely be at ICE Sports Betting USA 2018. The event will provide an invaluable networking opportunity for industry members, as well as chances to discuss the future of America’s budding sports betting landscape with various seasoned experts.
