US State Of Kentucky Extends Scientific Games Contract Scientific Games will continue to provide a wide range of instant games to consumers across the United States, following an eight-year extension on the existing service provision contract partnership with the Kentucky Lottery. The provision of content includes Bluegrass Blowout, Wild 8’s, Folding Money Doubler and Big Money. Multi-scene game Big Blue/Big Red 8’s is also part of the package deal.

Scientific Games specializes in product management as well as the provision of broad-based gaming content and specialised support services in the iGaming and online casino market.

Expanded Services Portfolio

Going forward, Scientific Games will not only continue to provide award-winning instant gaming content, but will also be availing its Cooperative Services Program (CSP), a full category management system for the administration and operation of instant games. The program will serve the Kentucky Lottery and its network of more than 3,000 registered retailers.

According to Kentucky Lottery president, Tom Delacenserie, the decision to extend the contract with Scientific Games as the main service provider, is a purely strategic one based on the provider’s exceptional track record of providing quality gaming content, support and planning for the State Lottery’s gaming program and portfolio.

Delacenserie said that the ongoing partnership with Scientific Games would enable the state of Kentucky to tap in on the provider’s extensive expertise regarding general logistics and solutions, thereby enhancing its ability to plan and strategize in an efficient way across the entire retailer network. The ultimate goal is to maximize revenue income for the state of Kentucky by implementing the most efficient management processes.

Mutually Beneficial

According to John Schulz, senior vice-president of instant products at Scientific Games, the provider’s partnership with the state of Kentucky is a winning two-way street. Schultz said that the ongoing provision of instant game content and support services to the state would enable the company to continue better itself by full implementation and rollout of its Cooperative Services Program.

Schulz also confirmed that going forward, the Cooperative Services Program would include the rollout of the company’s SciTrak instant games management system in the state of Kentucky. Scientific Games is a broad-based provider of gaming services to organizations all over the world, both regulatory and private-based.

Products and services include a full portfolio of iGaming and iLottery products and support services, as well as gaming machines, table games and instant lottery games. Scientific Games is headquartered in the capital of the gaming world; Las Vegas, Nevada.
